Elizabeth has a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion with an emphasis in Fitness, Wellness and a dual concentration in Rehabilitation Science. Elizabeth is the Clinical Integration Coordinator for Montage Wellness Center. She is an experienced Clinical Program Manager specializing in multi-disciplinary physical medicine and rehabilitation practice. She is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). As a medical fitness professional for over 10 years, Elizabeth has designed and implemented programs for hundreds of patients in a wide variety of populations, including first responders, law enforcement, professional athletes, cancer patients, work injuries and individuals with acute and chronic pain.  

Elizabeth has a unique expertise in fitness program design. Her programs have a 3-phase approach (mobility, functional movement, strength training) that implement safe and effective long term fitness solutions to significantly improve fitness knowledge, function, and quality of life.

As a competitive marathon runner, Elizabeth believes that training is more like a marathon than a sprint. “You have to show up every day, not just when you feel like it. Be patient and consistent”. Elizabeth believes that everyone should have access to a long-term progressive training plan and specializes in delivering affordable self-guided plans for beginner to advanced levels.
